Leadership

Lincoln's ChalleNGe Academy Director, Ashley Leek
Ashley Leek became Director of Lincoln’s Challenge Academy (LCA) in Aug 2025, bringing with her a bold vision, a heart for youth, and a transformative leadership style rooted in both structure and compassion. She leads with clarity, conviction, and consistency, combining behavioral science with military-style discipline to guide cadets into becoming the strongest version of themselves.
Her mission is to elevate the culture and curriculum of Lincoln’s ChalleNGe Academy by building systems that go beyond behavior correction, systems that promote understanding, awareness, and growth. She believes effective discipline is rooted in insight, not intimidation, and that structure must be paired with compassion to create lasting change. Under her leadership, staff are empowered to observe patterns, identify behavioral triggers early, and respond with intention and strategic care.
Director Leek holds a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Leadership Management. She is a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP), a Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor, and a Safety Care Behavioral Safety Trainer. She is also trained in person-centered care and the development of trauma-informed environments. With over a decade of experience in youth services, disability advocacy, crisis intervention, and leadership development, she brings both hands-on expertise and strategic insight to her role.
Director Leek serves as a licensed minister and motivational speaker. She travels throughout her region speaking at conferences, churches, and schools, empowering others to rise above adversity, unlock their identity, and walk in purpose. Her message combines spiritual depth, behavioral understanding, and personal experience, making her a powerful and relatable voice to both young people and adults alike.
Director Leek is known for her ability to build people, break harmful cycles, and restore belief in what’s possible. She leads with the conviction that every cadet holds potential, not defined by where they’ve been, but by the courage to rise beyond it.
A woman of faith, excellence, and vision, she is deeply committed to shaping an environment where leadership, accountability, and hope intersect. For Director Leek, Lincoln’s ChalleNGe is more than a program; it’s a launchpad for transformation.
